Subject :Tips & Tricks: How to make links to other profiles in your own profile text
With the latest type of viewers (2.x) it is possible to create links to other objects in the text you enter in , for example, your profile.
I used this feature to replace a friends name with a link to his profile. In my text you still see the name of the friend, but now its underlined, and when you click it, you go to his profile!
You can use this trick for various objects, like groups, avatars, anything that has a SLURL!
So, ho to do this?
Easy!
Just right click someone's name, or a group name, or any other name, and select "copy slurl". Then, paste this into the text you want, and the viewer will make sure the long SLURL is replaced by the objects name it is pointing to, for example a profile of a friend.
